• 1 year minimum experience in a high-volume sales or customer service environment with quota.
• Strong advisory sales skills to match offerings to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls, chats, and emails across the customer journey: discovery, qualification, sales, decision, onboarding.
• Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce for all leads.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to help customers select Gusto as their payroll platform.
• Guide customers through account setup and initial onboarding.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and care in every interaction.
• Apply solutions-selling techniques to small businesses.
