Aura is seeking an enthusiastic inbound sales professional to join our growing team in Oregon. You will welcome prospective customers, map them to the best Aura plan, and help families protect their identities online.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong integrity and work ethic.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsabilités

• Evangelize Aura's mission and protect the internet for individuals and families.
• Explain Aura product catalog and protection benefits to customers.
• Consult with customers on best practices to protect identity and digital assets.
• Handle inbound sales calls and match prospects with the right Aura plan.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas by enrolling new customers into Aura.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve sales processes.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and events to be a trusted resource.
