The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, converting opportunities, and growing your own book within an established platform with strong inbound lead flow and ongoing sales support.

Qualifications

• Experience in private jet charter sales/brokering.
• Strong understanding of the on-demand private aviation market.
• Proven ability to convert charter enquiries into bookings; strong sales/negotiation.
• Commercial focus on revenue and margins.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of live enquiries.
• Experience developing new business alongside inbound opportunities.
• Knowledge of aircraft types and private charter solutions.
• Highly organized with multiple client requirements.
• Motivated by a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
• Strong client-first mentality and service.
• Comfortable with CRM/Sales platforms including Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified inbound private charter enquiries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend private charter solutions.
• Work alongside the dedicated aircraft sourcing team to identify suitable aircraft options.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate with clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Build long-term relationships to maximise repeat and referral business.
• Develop your own book of business alongside existing inbound opportunities.
• Work closely with the operations team to support seamless trip delivery.
• Maintain a high level of client service throughout the charter process.
• Identify opportunities to increase account value and generate revenue.
• Support wider business development and company growth.
• Participate in out-of-hours and weekend coverage when required.
• Represent the business at client functions and industry events.
• Travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
