CVS Health is hiring an Inbound Patient Account Services Specialist to advocate for patients and resolve billing questions. The role focuses on empathetic service, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up to ensure smooth reimbursement for services.

You will navigate CVS Specialty processes, engage patients, and collaborate with other departments to meet performance metrics and patient needs.

Competenze

• 6 months experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or collections.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Able to work 8:00am–8:00pm EST shifts, Monday–Friday.

Mansioni

• Provide high-level customer service and assist patients with billing questions.
• Document interactions accurately in Revenue Cycle systems.
• Identify eligibility for payment plans and follow up on next steps.
• Meet call center metrics for call volume and quality.
