CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Inbound Patient Account Services Specialist to advocate for patients, resolve billing questions, and support reimbursement paths. You will deliver high-level customer service, document interactions in Revenue Cycle systems, and collaborate with CVS Specialty teams to ensure timely payment processing.

The role requires healthcare billing experience, strong computer skills with Word/Outlook/Excel, empathy, and flexibility in a full-time 40-hour week schedule.

Competenze

• 6 months experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, collections practices, and/or infusion services.
• Experience with computers, including 1+ years working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Effective written and verbal customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Ability to offer emotional support and empathy.
• Flexibility with work schedule, including 8:00am–8:00pm EST (Mon–Fri).

• Develop understanding of CVS Specialty processes and patient journey from order to reimbursement.
• Assist patients with billing and reimbursement processes for timely payment.
• Build trusting relationships with patients through meaningful conversations.
• Manage difficult situations with empathy and urgency.
• Document interactions in the Revenue Cycle system.
• Record and follow up on patient concerns and next steps.
• Assess eligibility for payment plans and meet call center metrics.
• Liaise with other CVS Specialty departments using technology.
• Demonstrate a professional, caring presence over the phone.
