Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The role leads the Inventory Control team and drives daily operations to meet production and service goals.

The position requires a college degree in logistics or equivalent experience, plus familiarity with WMS (JDA preferred) and MS Office. You will plan cycle counts, supervise staff, and partner with operations to ensure accurate inventory and safe, efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• College degree in a logistics-related field or 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); knowledge of JDA WMS preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Inventory Control staff, including workflow coordinators and agency staff.
• Spend ~75% on the operational floor coaching, developing, and giving performance feedback.
• Allocate equipment and labor resources to meet service levels and budgets.
• Conduct quality and accuracy control audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Plan cycle counts and physical inventories; update SOPs as needed.
