Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Complies with safety requirements pertinent to distribution center roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build cooperative working relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good judgment to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and certified for forklifts/pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Performs inbound operations and coaches others in completing tasks.
• Coordinates inbound freight scheduling, unloading, and stocking.
• Ensures safety rules and procedures are followed.
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Mentors warehouse staff and promotes engagement and problem-solving.
• Investigates and resolves receiving errors with the team.
• Protects assets and ensures proper receipts for shipments.
• Reconciles received loads and performs put-away for inbound freight.
