Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by welcoming guests and assisting them.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones with a smile and warm interaction.
• Help guests find what they need or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate and efficient sorting and stocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
• Assure product availability and, if certified, operate powered equipment for unloading freight.
