Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to ensure an easy and inspiring guest experience on the General Merchandise floor in Minnetonka, MN. You will assist guests, stock and organize merchandise, and support store operations while maintaining friendly service and safety standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will cover guest service fundamentals, inventory accuracy, and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment as certified and unload freight when needed.
