Target is seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader in Maryland to deliver a consistent guest experience while leading hourly teammates. You will train staff, manage daily workload, and monitor metrics to drive sales goals.

The role requires a high school degree, 18+, and willingness to work a variable schedule including nights and weekends. You will oversee inbound processes, ensure product availability, and uphold safety and compliance.

• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a variable schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience and support store-wide priorities.
• Train and coach team members to meet Target’s guest service commitments.
• Monitor area metrics and translate insights into action plans.
• Assign tasks and workload to team members to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Support merchandise availability and operational standards across the store.
