• Supervise inbound operations including receiving, put-away and stocking activities.
• Design efficient processes for scheduling loads and reconciling paperwork.
• Monitor safety and security rules; enforce cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead teams, foster engagement, and drive problem-solving.
• Coordinate with DC leadership to resolve receiving errors and LOS issues.
• Schedule team hours for peak periods and ensure accurate asset protection.
• Oversee reconciliation of received loads and ensure sellable inventory.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvements using Lean principles.
