The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record of delivering efficient distribution, with a focus on onboarding and coaching associates for high performance.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of furniture/final mile distribution or manufacturing management/leadership experience.
• Onsite and in-office role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and process oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution center operations to ensure efficient execution and metrics adherence.
• Monitor labor scheduling, shift planning, and attendance to optimize productivity.
• Drive safety compliance, training, audits, and OSHA-related actions.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and contractors to ensure service and cost objectives.
• Improve on-time shipping, reduce damages, and manage returns.
