You will lead the distribution and transportation operations, setting daily production schedules and driving inventory accuracy to support rapid, customer-focused fulfillment. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of management experience in distribution/logistics, strong leadership and presentation skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency to analyze data and present plans to senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related area.
• 6–8 years of management experience with progressive responsibilities in distribution, logistics or manufacturing.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Projects).
• Ability to deliver engaging, well-organized presentations to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, and strategic direction for distribution and transportation operations.
• Set daily production schedules across the distribution network and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost control, service, and safety.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across levels of the organization.
• Develop and manage financial plans and budgets; monitor progress against targets.
• Leverage WMS systems to optimize inventory control and accuracy.
