Job summary

Princess Polly Online Pty Ltd in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an Inbound Supervisor to oversee inbound logistics, 3PL operations, reverse logistics, and quality control, ensuring inventory moves efficiently through the distribution center. You will coordinate deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and partner with warehouses, carriers, vendors, customer service, QC, and 3PL teams.

You will also manage customer returns, inspect returned inventory, support vendor chargebacks, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years' experience in Inventory, fulfilment, warehouse, or DC operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Excel, Shopify, Google Suite, Inventory Planner and related tools to oversee inventory processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret stock trends and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of compliance, safety (WHS), and inventory management practices relevant to stock control.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound deliveries and appointments with logistics team, carriers and 3PL partner.
• Partner with warehouse to ensure timely and accurate receiving.
• Investigate receiving discrepancies and work with planning, vendors, carriers and 3PL to resolve issues.
• Monitor inbound KPIs such as on time delivery, dock to stock, appointment compliance, receiving accuracy.
• Communicate daily inbound priorities and exceptions to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily flow of customer returns into the distribution center.
• Monitor returns volumes and processing timelines to ensure returns are within SLA.
• Partner with QC to maintain a high standard of return to stock items.
