SHEIN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Inbound & Inventory to oversee the inbound and inventory management module at our US East Region 3PL warehouse.

This role is the first point of accountability for new business and new inventory programs landing on the inbound side, helping ensure a smooth end-to-end inbound chain and accurate, reliable inventory data through effective 3PL management and collaboration — while progressively building local data monitoring and improvement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Perform daily operational support across the inbound chain including appointment and scheduling management, receiving execution, put-away, and storage capacity management.
• Monitor storage capacity utilization and coordinate with arrival depth to ensure efficient bin location use.
• Follow up on receiving and put-away accuracy, manage exceptions, and drive corrective actions.
• Support inbound launch of new inventory programs and new business; deliver replicable inbound solutions.
• Coordinate cycle counts and full counts; supervise discrepancies and drive root cause analysis.
• Track discrepancy resolution to closure; optimize counting processes and efficiency.
• Represent the business side for the US East Coast, overseeing inbound/inventory modules by 3PL; monitor key metrics.
• Facilitate meetings with 3PL to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements; ensure SOP adherence.
• Monitor core metrics and drive improvements; complete end-to-end metric monitoring and tracking.
• Assist in developing inbound and inventory SOPs to standardize processes.
