Princess Polly, a global fashion brand, is seeking a Stock Lead to oversee back-of-house operations, inventory management, and team development in our Columbus store. You will collaborate with store leadership to maintain stock flow and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 3+ years of retail experience (including supervisory) with strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate a team.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in stock, inventory, or back-of-house operations.
• 1+ year of experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead back-of-house operations including inventory management and stockroom organization.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure efficient stock flow and seamless in-store experience.
• Support execution of operational processes and company standards for organized stockrooms and sales floors.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team through accountability and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve stockroom efficiency and inventory accuracy.
