Wettermark Keith in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is sales-driven, requires strong closing skills, and involves guiding qualified leads through the sign-up process with high-volume inbound calls.

You will work in a fast-paced, in-person environment with two shifts and close collaboration with attorneys, coordinators, and management to deliver exceptional client experience while meeting conversion goals.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, call center, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment strongly preferred.
• Law firm intake or legal call center experience is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary sales contact for inbound leads and inquiries.
• Confidently present next steps and close qualified prospects over the phone.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining conversion goals.
• Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, chat, and text to drive sign-ups.
• Overcome objections and build urgency to secure commitments.
• Coordinate intake appointments with attorneys when needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience that drives satisfaction and referrals.
