Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups.
Comfort discussing sensitive information with confidentiality.
Prior law office or personal injury exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned personal injury clients and explain next steps.
Check in with clients about symptoms, treatments, and recovery; log updates.
Discuss vehicle damage status and coordinate follow-up with attorneys.
Assist attorneys with client communications, status updates, and document requests.
Track questions, keep notes organized, and escalate issues to the attorney as needed.
Maintain professionalism with frustrated clients and protect confidentiality.
Escalate legal questions to an attorney and communicate decisions to clients.
