Collins Law, LLC in Hoover, AL is seeking a dedicated Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the firm’s first point of contact for potential clients. You will listen to concerns, gather case information, and set the tone for a professional client experience.

The role requires strong communication, follow-up skills, and organization to manage multiple leads and ensure timely onboarding, with collaboration across the Intake Manager, Attorneys, and Case Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, intake, or call center required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication under pressure.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage high-volume leads.
• Familiarity with case management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact, gather relevant case information with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage leads from initial contact through intake and signup with timely follow-up by phone, email, text, or other methods.
• Build rapport, explain intake steps, and help qualified clients move forward with retention.
• Screen potential cases using established criteria, prepare accurate case summaries, and escalate when needed.
• Document client information, case details, communications, lead status, and follow-ups in the case management system.
• Send engagement documents, obtain signatures, collect documents, and assist with onboarding of new clients.
• Handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Intake Manager, Attorneys, Case Managers, and team members throughout the process.
• Follow firm procedures and apply feedback from management to future work.
• Assist with additional intake and administrative duties as needed.
