Siemens AG in Southaven, MS is seeking an Inbound Lead for 1st shift to support the Southaven Logistics Center. The role oversees cross training, leads a work area, and ensures daily operations and KPI tracking are completed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 4+ years in a high-volume distribution setting, and proficiency with SAP, RF Scan, and WMS. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient SAP & RF Scan knowledge and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate directives to employees under the Operations Supervisor.
• Lead a specific work area within the department and monitor KPIs.
• Complete Operations Checklist daily and maintain logs.
• Reconcile issues with Inventory control, Inbound, and Outbound staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and promote process improvements.
