Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) like SAP.

Responsibilities

• Follow directives from the Operations Supervisor and manage daily production tasks.
• Inspect and process returned orders for accuracy.
• Use scanning guns to verify shipment details and handle cartons.
• Operate a pallet jack and maintain forklift certification.
• Support communication with customer service and business partners.
• Collaborate with team and apply critical thinking using SAP & WMS.
