Job summary

Siemens in Southaven, MS is seeking an Outbound Coordinator on 2nd shift to support the Southaven Logistics Center. This role handles data entry, file routing, packing lists and shipping instructions, and acts as the main point of contact with Customer Service.

Responsibilities include assisting floor personnel with RF and shipping issues, managing carrier delivery and shipment updates, filing BOLs, and ensuring inventory accuracy through desk adjustments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of distribution facility experience preferred.
• SAP experience and knowledge of order management are required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to floor personnel regarding RF and shipping issues.
• Serve as main point of contact with Customer Service (phones, emails).
• Manage workflow of the office including carrier delivery/scheduling and shipping updates.
• Maintain BOL and shipping document filings.
• Execute desktop adjustments to support inventory accuracy.
