Job summary

Siemens AG in Southaven, MS is seeking an Outbound Coordinator for 2nd shift to support the Southaven Logistics Center. You will handle clerical tasks, data entry, paper flow, packing lists, and shipping instructions while serving as the main contact for Customer Service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a large distribution facility, SAP knowledge, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role with Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP and order management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to floor personnel regarding RF and Shipping issues.
• Serve as main point of contact with Customer Service (including answering phones, emails, etc).
• Managing overall workflow of the office including Carrier Delivery/scheduling, updating incoming shipments and expedite requests as needed.
• Managing Customer Service communication tools.
• Responsible for BOL and Shipping document filings.
• Responsible for executing all desktop adjustments on behalf of department in order to support inventory accuracy.
