Responsibilities

• Follow directives from the Operations Supervisor and manage daily production tasks.
• Inspect and process returned orders with accuracy and proper condition.
• Use scanning guns to verify shipment details and handle cartons (repack, relabel, return to pallets).
• Operate a pallet jack and maintain forklift certification.
• Support communication with customer service and business partners; suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with team and use SAP & WMS to maintain an efficient work environment.
