Siemens Southaven, MS is seeking a Quality Clerk - 1st Shift to support Quality Assurance activities in a non-climatized warehouse. This role is based at the Memphis Distribution Center in Southaven, MS, and emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and data-driven decision making.

You will audit processes, generate daily/weekly/monthly reports in SAP and Excel, and assist Quality Leads while maintaining safety and organization in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Able to lift 40 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Able to work in a non-climatized warehouse environment.
• SAP knowledge.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Assurance Auditors and Leads.
• Research variances to assist with root cause analysis and to identify trends.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports utilizing SAP and MS Excel
• Audit processes within the Quality Department.
• Support exemplary housekeeping activities.
• Support Warehouse Operations as needed.
• Work Overtime as Required.
• Backfill Quality Leads as Needed.
• Assist in Training within the Distribution Center.
