Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Depot Management Documentation Team Leader to oversee inbound activities, train staff, and maintain accurate inbound records in the WMS. You will monitor discrepancies, implement improvements, and ensure safety and policy compliance in a dynamic warehouse environment.

You will lead a team to optimize inventory control, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the depot.

Qualifications

• Education or GED required with 2–3 years in inventory control or warehouse role.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound activities from packaging to consumables and lead the team.
• Train inventory staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inbound discrepancies and perform audits.
• Maintain inbound records in the WMS and improve procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies; resolve issues quickly.
