Arrowhead Promotion is seeking dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representatives in the state of Minnesota to join our team. If you excel at providing exceptional service and assistance over the phone, we want you! Position Highlights

Location: Minnesota (candidates from the Grand Rapids area preferred)

Work Schedule: 40 hours /week, with various shifts available

Compensation: $15/hour, with pay increases as you progress in the role

Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to handle a variety of tasks, including:

Assisting customers with web/phone orders, program registration, and order/rebate inquiries

Providing product information

Addressing general customer service inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements

Shift Requirements

Our current needs include the following shifts:

7:00am - 3:30pm CST , Monday – Thurs day, 9:00am - 5:00pm CST Saturdays

• Training schedule for the first two weeks will be 8:00am - 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday. Once training is complete the employee will begin their permanent schedule.

Remote Work

Remote w ork is available for candidates whose internet service speeds consistently meet a minimum of 30 Mbps download and upload. Work computers can be supplied.
