Arrowhead Promotion is seeking dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representatives in the state of Texas to join our Southern Region team. Compensation is $15 per hour, with pay increases as you progress. Remote or onsite work is available, and benefits begin within 90 days of employment.

Position Highlights

Location: Texas

Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to handle a variety of tasks, including:

Assisting customers with web/phone orders, program registration, and order/rebate inquiries

Providing product information

Addressing general customer service inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Shift Requirements

Our current needs include the following shifts:

7:00am-3:30pm CST , Monday - Thurs day, 9:00am - 5:00pm CST Saturdays

• Training schedule for the first two weeks will be 8:00am - 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday. Once training is complete the employee will begin their permanent schedule.

Remote Work

Remote w ork is available for candidates whose internet service speeds consistently meet a minimum of 30 Mbps download and upload. Work computers can be supplied.
