The work shift will be: 4x10 hours, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST, with Tuesdays and weekends off.

Position Details

Title: Inbound Customer Service Agent - Bodewell (Remote)

Locations: Various US states including Memphis, Austin, Columbia, Columbus, Jackson, Louisville, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Salt Lake City, Sioux Falls.

Role Responsibilities

• Support GE Appliances owners with product info, registration, service, parts, delivery, and dealer inquiries.
• Provide resolution through troubleshooting, sales, referrals, and minor concessions.
• Support non-GE branded appliance owners occasionally.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shift: 4x10 hours, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST
• Base pay: $15/hour plus incentives, paid weekly
• Training: 9 weeks full-time, mandatory attendance

Post-Training Expectations

• Continue with the 4x10 schedule
• Participate in shift bidding twice a year
