How You'll Create Possibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Agent with ASI/GE Appliances, you will provide direct support to GE Appliances Owners with a focus on sales and service. Responsibilities include providing product information, registration support, and handling inquiries related to service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations. Concierge agents will resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, referrals, and minor concessions. Limited support to Non-GE Appliance branded owners is also part of the role.
Shift: 4x10 (days a week) x10 hours a day, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (CST). Training is 9 weeks full-time with the same schedule, during which attendance is mandatory. Post-training, the schedule remains the same. The role requires participation in a shift bid twice a year for schedule adjustments within our business hours of 7 am-7 pm CST.
