The work shift will be: 4x10 (four days a week), from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Tuesday and weekends off).

Position

Inbound Customer Service Agent-Bodewell (Remote)

Location

USA: Memphis, TN; Austin, TX; Columbia, SC; Columbus, OH; Jackson, MS; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; Oklahoma City, OK; Salt Lake City, UT; Sioux Falls, SD.

Role Description

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent with ASI/GE Appliances, you will support GE Appliances Owners with a focus on sales and service. Responsibilities include providing product info, registration support, and handling inquiries about service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations. Concierge agents resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, and minor concessions. Limited support will be provided to Non-GE Appliance branded owners.

Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Shift: 4x10, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST
  • Base rate of $15.00/hour + incentives based on quality scores, paid weekly
  • 9-week full-time training: same schedule as post-training; attendance is mandatory
  • Post-training schedule: same as above; shift bid occurs twice a year to change schedules within 7am-7pm CST
Post-Training Responsibilities
  • Utilize Windows-based programs to resolve owner issues, provide product info, and process inquiries
  • Follow guidelines but also make decisions to benefit owners and GE Appliances
  • Create and update owner records, log complaints, actions, and resolutions
  • Provide feedback to improve training and processes
  • Adhere to safety policies
  • Support other business areas as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong follow-through
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions
  • High attention to detail and concentration
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Ability to work effectively from home with a dedicated quiet workspace
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office and multiple systems
Remote Work Requirements
  • Dedicated quiet workspace with equipment (dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, cords, Ethernet)
  • Reliable internet with Ethernet connection (no satellite, prepaid, or DSL)
Internet Speed Requirements
  • Ping: 50 Mbps or lower
  • Download: 50 Mbps or higher
  • Upload: 15 Mbps or higher
