Opportunities are available for candidates residing in these states: Utah, South Dakota, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, Ohio, and South Carolina.
The work shift will be: 4x10 (four days a week), from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Tuesday and weekends off).

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent with ASI/GE Appliances, you will support GE Appliances Owners with a focus on sales and service. Responsibilities include providing product info, registration support, and handling inquiries about service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations. Concierge agents resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, and minor concessions. Limited support will be provided to Non-GE Appliance branded owners.
