The work shift will be: 4x10, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (CST), with Tuesday & weekends off.

Position: Inbound Customer Service Agent-Bodewell (Remote)

Location: USA, Memphis, TN; Austin, TX; Columbia, SC; Columbus, OH; Jackson, MS; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; Oklahoma City, OK; Salt Lake City, UT; Sioux Falls, SD.

How You'll Create Possibilities:

• Provide direct support to GE Appliances Owners focusing on sales and service, including product info, registration, service, parts, delivery, and dealer inquiries.
• Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, referrals, and minor concessions.
• Support limited non-GE branded appliance owners.

Schedule: 4x10, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST. 9-week full-time training required, with no absences permitted during this period.

Post-training, the schedule remains the same, with a biannual shift bid for schedule adjustments within business hours of 7am-7pm CST.

After training, responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming calls, emails, chats, or written inquiries using multiple Windows-based programs.
• Providing solutions, troubleshooting, and logging owner interactions.
• Providing feedback to improve training and processes.
• Adhering to safety policies and supporting other business areas as needed.

Requirements:

• At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with strong follow-through.
• Ability to research, analyze, and make sound decisions.
• High attention to detail and concentration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively from home with a dedicated, quiet workspace.
• Reliable internet with specific speed requirements: Ping 50 Mbps or lower, Download 50 Mbps or higher, Upload 15 Mbps or higher.
