The work shift will be: 4x10, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM (CST), with Tuesdays and weekends off.

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent with ASI/GE Appliances, you will support GE Appliances Owners focusing on sales and service. Responsibilities include providing product info, registration support, and handling inquiries about service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations. You will resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, and referrals, including minor concessions. Limited support for Non-GE branded appliance owners is also part of the role.
