The work schedule is: 4x10 hours per day, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST (Tuesday & weekends off).

Position Details:

Title: Inbound Customer Service Agent-Bodewell (Remote)

Locations: Various U.S. cities including Memphis, Austin, Columbia, Columbus, Jackson, Louisville, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Salt Lake City, Sioux Falls.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide support to GE Appliances owners with a focus on sales and service, including product info, registration, service, parts, delivery, and dealer inquiries.
• Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, referrals, and minor concessions.
• Support non-GE branded appliance owners as needed.

Training & Schedule:

• 9-week full-time training: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST
• Post-training: same schedule, with biannual shift bidding opportunity.

Compensation:

Starting at $15/hour plus incentives based on quality scores, paid weekly.

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Self-starter with strong follow-through and decision-making skills
• Ability to research, analyze data, and communicate professionally
• Attention to detail and concentration
• Proficient with web-based systems and MS Office
• Dedicated, quiet home workspace with reliable internet (ping 50 Mbps or lower, download 50 Mbps or higher, upload 15 Mbps or higher)
