About the role: Inbound Customer Sales Specialist

Are you ready to bethe bridge between our fantastic products and our cherished customers?

As aSales Representative at Lime Vizio, you'll be the primary point of contactbetween our business and our valued clientele.

Your Mission: Ensure that our customers have exactly what they need including discovering and anticipating what may they want, and entice prospective customers to explore our offerings.You'll wear many hats, from answering customer inquiries to staying ahead ofour competition, all while nurturing positive customer relationships andseeking out fresh sales opportunities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing Sales, including but not limited to:

· Processing orders efficiently

· Creating tasks for further checks, if necessary

· Upselling by offering premium arrangements and enticing add-ons

· Addressing and resolving basic customer service calls, such as updating information, checking order status, and modifying special instructions

· For funeral orders, searching for obituaries and visitation/service times of the deceased

Technical Qualification And Requirements:

· Desktop or laptop with at least an i3 or i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and a CPU clocked at 2.0 GHz or higher

· USB headset with noise cancellation capabilities

· Wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps including back-up internet

Job Requirements:

· High school graduates with at least 1 year of experience in the customer service field are preferred

· Must be willing to work a rotating graveyard shift

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Quick adaptability, excellent communication (both written and verbal), and a proactive, positive attitude

· Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute

· Preference will be given to candidates with prior support and customer service experience

Compensation:

Salary: $3 per hour

· Prorated 13th-month pay

· Performance incentives (details to be discussed during training)
