Role purposeAs a Sales Specialist , you will play a key role in driving our growth strategy. You'll be responsible for planning and executing sales initiatives to meet ambitious revenue targets. Working closely with key customers and cross-functional teams, you'll analyze market trends in North America and ensure a smooth, results-driven sales process.
Role description·You will develop and execute a sustainable, strategic sales plan aligned with our company's objectives, with a focus on expanding our presence in key segments, such as the Stick Frame and Mass Timber industries, across North America.
·You will monitor performance metrics and adjust your strategy as needed to meet ambitious sales targets.
·As a true Sales Farmer , you excel at building and maintaining meaningful, long-term partnerships with key clients and prospects across the U.S. and Canada. At the same time, you're confident in your hunter's mindset , always on the lookout for new business opportunities.
·Your analytical approach enables you to assess customer behavior, evaluate competitive positioning, and identify market trends.
·Supported by our strong Europe-based marketing team and local customer success teams in North America, you'll create campaigns and drive sales using tailored pitches and customized materials to maximize your prospecting efforts.
·You will represent hsbcad at key industry events in North America, such as the Mass Timber Conference and the Building Component Manufacturers Conference (BCMC) — boosting visibility and generating qualified leads.
·You are passionate about the industry, stay ahead of trends, and keep your expertise current to bring added value to both clients and colleagues.

Role requirementsEDUCATION :·You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :·A minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required.
·Experience in the offsite construction industry and SaaS sales is considered a significant asset.
REQUIRED SKILLS:·Fluent in English. Any other language is considered a plus.
DESIRED SKILLS·Strong proven analytical and negotiating skills.
Other requirementsWillingness to travel: You have the flexibility to travel frequently — at least 50% of the time — to visit prospects and customers and attend industry trade shows across North America.
Preferred location: Ideally, you are based near one of our North American offices. Candidates located in or near Phoenix, Arizona or Toronto, Canada, are especially encouraged to apply.
