Are you an experienced freight forwarding sales professional with a strong background in international Air and Ocean services?

Position: Remote Sales Executive – International Freight (Air & Ocean)

Location: Remote – U.S. based

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses

What You’ll Do:

Leverage your existing network to generate new business in international Air & Ocean freight forwarding.

Manage and grow your client portfolio across diverse industries and tradelanes.

Deliver tailored logistics solutions in collaboration with our global operations and pricing teams.

Negotiate and close contracts, maximizing revenue and margin potential.

Serve as the main point of contact for your clients, providing first-class service and support.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in international freight forwarding (Air & Ocean) sales

Must have an active, portable book of business

Strong knowledge of global trade lanes, Incoterms, and freight pricing structures

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
