Job summary

IntelliBee, located in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an Inbound Call Center Rep to handle incoming 800 helpline calls, route to volunteers when available, and perform light data entry and clerical tasks.

You will maintain accurate records, assemble information packets, and support office operations. The role emphasizes clear communication, reliability, and courteous service in a non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills; 2 years preferred.
• Knowledge of data entry; 2 years required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Additional education or experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer all 800 calls in a timely manner and record on Client Contact forms.
• Forward 800 calls to volunteers or provide counseling assistance when volunteers are not available.
• Complete data entry each day including Client Contacts.
• Prepare labels and mailings, assemble packets of information, and copy SHIP materials as needed.
• Notify the Office Manager when supplies are low.
• Keep the work area neat and organized and sort deliveries appropriately.
• Take voicemail messages for packet requests twice daily.
