UMB Bank is seeking a Consumer Services Specialist to join our call center in Texas. You will handle inbound service calls, access multiple banking systems, answer questions, resolve issues and cross-sell suitable products.

Class starts Monday, January 11, 2027. The role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, 1–2 years of customer service, and knowledge of basic banking products (checking, debit, credit card). Shifts Mon–Fri 7am–8pm CT and Sat 8am–5pm CT.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or similar work experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to interact with and manage multiple computer systems to access client information.
• Knowledge of basic banking products including checking, debit, and credit card accounts.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers over the phone to answer questions, resolve problems and cross-sell appropriate products.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated with department communications.
• Performance evaluated by call quality, talk time, cross-sell success, and competency demonstrations.
