UMB Bank is seeking a Consumer Services Specialist to deliver an unparalleled customer experience by handling inbound service center calls and building relationships with customers. You will access multiple systems to answer questions, resolve issues, and cross-sell banking products.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service or similar work experience.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Knowledge of basic banking products including checking, debit, and credit card accounts.
• Ability to access multiple computer systems to access client information.
• Demonstrates pleasant phone and interaction skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled customer experience by handling inbound service center calls.
• Interact with customers over the phone to answer bank-related questions and cross-sell products.
• Access multiple systems to provide information, resolve problems, and assist customers.
