UMB Bank is seeking a Consumer Services Specialist to join our call center class. You will handle inbound calls, access multiple banking systems, resolve customer questions, and promote banking products. The role emphasizes training and performance in call quality, talk time, and cross-sale success.

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of customer service experience. Shifts include early mornings to evenings, Monday through Saturday.

Qualificações

• Proficient in English and customer-facing communication.
• 1-2 years customer service or similar work experience.
• Knowledge of basic banking products (checking, debit, credit).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound service center calls and deliver the customer experience.
