UMB Bank is seeking a Consumer Services Specialist to deliver an unparalleled customer experience by handling inbound calls, accessing multiple banking systems, and resolving customer questions and issues. You will cross-sell suitable products while building lasting relationships with customers.

Expect ongoing training, certifications, and performance-based incentives as part of a comprehensive program. The role requires weekday shifts with occasional Saturday hours, within posted service center

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or related work experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of basic banking products (checking, debit, credit).
• Ability to work with multiple computer systems securely.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service center calls to assist customers.
• Access multiple systems to answer questions and resolve problems.
• Cross-sell appropriate banking products when suitable.
