• Comfortable being measured by output—activity, close rate, commission
• Willing to live in the CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data

Responsibilities

• Work assigned dials and inbound calls to qualify and close leads
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM and hit daily activity quotas
• Run policy reviews, present quotes, and place coverage that fits the client
• Bring back field intel—objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity—to weekly team huddle
