Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist in Westminster, CO to translate brand standards into compelling in-store displays, product storytelling, and guest-facing experiences on the shop floor. You will collaborate with store leadership and execute campaigns with precision.

With 1 year of retail experience and a background in visual or fashion merchandising, you will lead VM flips, signage, and seasonal updates while training teammates to uphold standards and adapt to regional

Qualifications

1 year of retail or sales experience.
Education or experience in visual/fashion merchandising, graphic/interior design, or space planning.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with store leadership to realize VM presentation and guest experience on the floor.
Implement brand standards for product stories, placement, signage, and navigation.
Create visually appealing product displays and mannequin styling per campaigns.
Perform VM flips, window activations, and seasonal merchandise updates.
Engage with guests, assess needs, and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest journey.
Provide on-the-spot coaching about brand standards and visual display techniques.
Support a respectful, inclusive team environment.
