lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor, shaping product presentation and guest experiences. You will implement brand stories, coordinate mannequin styling, signage, and weekly updates to maximize sell-through while maintaining a world-class store environment.

This role requires 1 year of retail or sales experience and some education in visual merchandising or related design fields.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Knowledge of color theory and visual display concepts.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in key product stories and store navigation for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and incorporate omnichannel programs into the end-to-end experience.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques to team members.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
