Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to ensure VM standards and brand storytelling are brought to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store campaigns to optimize the guest experience and drive sell-through.

You’ll collaborate with store leadership, deliver training on display techniques, and translate brand stories into compelling floor visuals while maintaining an inclusive, high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests' experiences through brand standards in product stories, product placement, and store navigation.
• Execute visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and training on brand standards, product placement, and display techniques.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment with supportive relationships.
