lululemon in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company-directed VM strategies to life on the sales floor, including product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements that enhance guest experiences.

You will implement key product stories, manage mannequin styling, signage, and weekly merch changes while collaborating with store leadership; you’ll train teammates on brand standards and create an inclusive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute VM presentation and guest experience on the floor.
• Maintain brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation for a world-class guest experience.
• Execute VM changes including window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal merch changes as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless experience.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques to teammates.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and supportive working relationships.
