Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards, key product stories, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation and signage updates to drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes as directed.
• Provide feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
