Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a loyal customer base in your local community. The role emphasizes local outreach, professional tax expertise, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Complete tax calculations and software/product support for clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and drive customer loyalty.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in marketing efforts.
