Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and representing TurboTax in the community. You will engage with customers, explain tax strategies in clear language, and help build long-term relationships through marketing and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA or attorney) preferred.
• Experience with personal and business tax scenarios.
• Ability to explain tax concepts to customers in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, and optimize returns.
• Assist customers in using TurboTax products and software.
• Build local client relationships and grow the customer base.
• Represent TurboTax as a trusted community ambassador.
